Minutes From last meeting agreed as correct.
Treasury update
- Current account: £28396.
- £29200 once Invoice paid by RMG this has now been produced and sent to RMG for payment.
- Refunds for easter event still to go out.
Website
JG action to contact MB to close down old site, it was agreed to wait until new one up and running. Other Facebook page identified which needs to be closed.
LS and JG met and discussed what required in Website. LS will email PS the detail discussed.
Agreed would still include where is the nearest etc, this is a map with pins in it not recommendations. A community news feed was discussed and agreed this was a good idea.
Can start adding content on document to go onto website and PS will update accordingly. He will start adding this ASAP.
Liz Bartle not available to produce content for history section of website.

- JG to look for any local historian to provide content.
- JG to ask Luke Devine for any site development pictures.
Community Grow
LS still to share plans on messenger group. Will do this following this meeting.
JG, WR and Kevin Hayes met to assess tree chopping down, this to be done on an evening, once down arrange for chipper to be hired. Agreed to meet on weekends to do this. Planning application nearly done, still waiting for architect for plans.
WR and JG met with Luke Devine today and he agreed to pay £750 + VAT for removal by local person. This will be done on Thursday of next week. LD also agreed to hire a skip for removal of settee and rubber.
Discussion re herb boxes and these being placed on roundabout and get them treated/painted by community payback. WR been in touch with local authority who say they will get in touch within 20 days, they do not think there would be any issue but need to make sure we are not breaching. Still awaiting reply.

- JG to contact Luke Devine re removal of asbestos from community grow site.
Spruce up
WR updated meeting he has weeded and sorted 3 of the beds, this remains work in progress 3 flower beds still to sort plus the extra one.
£165 + Vat from Northfield to carry out this work, discussion this seems quite expensive agreed JG and WR will do this. Northfield want £200 for each extra tree again this appears very expensive.
Hazel trees near community grow which can be utilised throughout development.
Still waiting for community pay back team to get to us. Email sent to co -ordinator but no response JG asked Jadene to chase this on our behalf.
Information that anyone on community payback will be risk assessed for both public and offenders. Agreed still to put a post out pre visit of community payback.
Plan of works from Northfield provided but not sufficient WR has spoken to them for more details. Contract expired for Northfield, RMG asked WR for his opinion re standard of work carried out.

Events
Discussion that date being on easter Sunday was maybe not the best day, response from resident to ask why price gone up and why at cricket club now not on development. Some feedback demographic of age range of children on the estate now changed so not the enough people wanting the event. Refunds discussed for easter event – NG and LS to facilitate this.
Road adoption
WR contacted local MP re this, he has had response that this is responsibility of Yorkshire Water, agreed should wait until MP completed all his enquiries then produce a document to take this to Bovis and local authority.
Summer camp
LS being chased by Andrew for feedback on bid.
