AGM

No update re management company AGM.

Directorship

A meeting is arranged for 23/1/2025 to set a road map of best way forward. Committee will be kept up to date as things progress.

Windhill Woods

This is still ongoing, WR and JG taking the lead on this project and will be liaising with the forestry commission and woodland trust for help and advice regarding what can be done with the woods as some of this is ancient woodland. Also to obtain guidance in relation to woodland management.

A sign to be produced and located at the entrance to the woodland near the school house. This would identify the woods as private property donated by Luke Devine.

Liaison taking place with PC Steele in relation to the ASB by off road bikers in the woodland and the development.

Raffle

A discussion took place in relation to the raffle prizes donated for the Christmas event that did not go ahead. It was agreed a raffle could take place during the Easter event.

Website

PS informed the meeting this was now live but required further information to populate the different areas. Everyone to give relevant information, there is a folder in Google drive for the information to be uploaded and PS would populate the website accordingly.

Any other business

JG wished to thank Yvonne Woolley for her hard work in relation to the legal transfer of the land from Mark Quirk to WGRA.
