Finalise the transfer of 16 Acres of Woodland at Windhill Woods to the residents of Woolley Grange.
Consult with all residents to identify plans to utilise Windhill Woods for the benefit and enjoyment of all residents.
Continue to Support the Residential Directors in taking full control of the management of Woolley Grange development and any subsequent Residential Management Company.
Work with all interested parties to finalise the adoption of roads and drains throughout the development.
Continue to represent the residents in all engagement with the various Residential Management Companies operating within Woolley Grange to provide a coordinated voice, whilst encouraging residents to pursue their own individual grievances.
Maintain liaison with any ground maintenance companies that may operate on the Woolley Grange Development, to ensure they are held to account for any unsatisfactory work.
Complete the building of the new Woolley Grange Residents Association Website.
Continue to plan and deliver seasonal events, concentrating this year on delivering the Christmas Event in Early December.
Encourage the recruitment of additional volunteers, to support ongoing and future WGRA projects, identifying residents with specific skills to join the Committee for the duration of individual projects.
Encourage the involvement of other residents to support and deliver seasonal events.
Identify potential funding streams to support ongoing projects and events.
Attend all future Parish Council meetings to work closely with them for the benefit of Woolley Grange and its residents.
